Capital Protection Directive

1. The Prerogative Mandate: QUANTNOVEX operates on a strict, proprietary capital protection protocol. All refunds are issued solely at the discretion of the QUANTNOVEX Risk Management and Executive Team following a thorough diagnostic of the user's terminal telemetry.

2. Technical Fault Remediation: If an operator experiences a verified API routing failure, execution latency issue, or system malfunction directly originating from the QUANTNOVEX infrastructure, a full refund of the active Enterprise License will be authorized.

3. Execution Procedure: To initiate a diagnostic, operators must submit a request to support@quantnovex.com. If our engineers verify the irregularity, capital will be routed directly back to the origin payment method via our merchant of record.

4. License Revocation: Upon the successful execution of a refund, the associated corporate ID will be permanently severed from live-money routing and instantly downgraded to the Free Sandbox Demo tier.
